About Our Attorneys

Shelba and Mark are more than partners in their law office of Sellers & Mitchell, P.C.. They both are only children; they both graduated from the same law school; they both have taught classes at Thomas University; and they both happen to be married … to each other.

Most importantly, they are both committed to helping you overcome debt and regain control of your financial situation. They understand that some of life’s circumstances are out of your control. A sudden accident on the job, loss of a loved one or termination of your position at work can lead to a mountain of debt you are no longer able to manage on your own. The firm has built a reputation for providing personal attention and innovative resolutions for their clients. They are ready to answer your questions and provide the guidance you need to reclaim command of your finances.

Bankruptcy is not for everyone. If you are not ready to file for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the firm may be able to negotiate with your creditors and work out a repayment plan that you can afford. The key is to start right away. The sooner you work with an experienced attorney to solve your financial tension, the sooner you will feel confident about your future financial stability.
